We accept Cash on Delivery, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Debit Card and Credit Card as a method of Payment.
Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas.
Orders of less than SAR 200 will be charged SAR 20 shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of SAR 200 or more will be delivered free.
Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts SAR 30 across the country.
For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office
As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Aramex. Additional charges may apply.

Stevemadden.sa is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

At www.stevemadden.sa we offer an easy 15 days return & exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items bought from www.stevemadden.sa.

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be returned/exchanged.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

Merchandise can be exchanged in the nearest respective STEVE MADDEN store in Saudi Arabia, along with the original sale invoice.
A refund can only be processed with the help of our customer care on 800-623336.
You may call stevemadden.sa customer support at on 800-623336, and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible.

Note we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (800-623336) or e-mail us at customersupport@stevemadden.me mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.stevemadden.sa, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.

Returns/Exchange through courier collection:

The refund against a return request made to www.stevemadden.sa customer support and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by www.stevemadden.sa, subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:

stevemadden.sa may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.stevemadden.sa would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.stevemadden.sa In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
